Receiving only one message from plugin

Hi

I'm using Ionic 3 with cordova and corresponding version of cordova-plugin-app-update (3.14 from npm).
I faced up with message receiving only once. After some manipulations I achieved all messages to be sent.

Does any have same issue?
If yes, how to contribute? (first experience in contributing)
