reExport creates unresolvable circular dependencies

Prisma version: ^6.12.0
ESM version: 2022

Using the index.ts in the generated content causes Node's ESM module importer fail based on circular imports. The _Where fields are being initialized after many of the fields that depend on it.

Is there a solution to this issue? This issue still exists in Prisma 7.
