Issue summary

I have a prevalue source listing education content nodes.

On a normal page load it looks fine:

But it I navigate to e.g. a form tree node and back to prevalue source node, I just get this:

Steps to reproduce

Do a full page load on a created prevalue source.

Navigate to a another node and back to prevalue source in tree.
Now it doesn't show prevalue settings.

Expected result / actual result

No response

It seems it is not enough just to do a page reload, but I need to do a hard refresh to see the configuration properties.
