Unable to select items when adding to a workflow

Issue summary

When i try to add a new workflow to a form if I click on the text of the workflow type in the list nothing happens, but if i click in the whitespace surrounding the text the item is selected.

In this screenshot if you click anywhere in the blue box nothing happens.

Specifics

According to umbraco/Umbraco.UI#1052 (comment) the items need to be marked as select-only in order for them to work correctly

Steps to reproduce

1. create a new form
2. Go to configure workflow
3. Add a workflow
4. Click on the text of any workflow type

Thanks for reporting this Neil! I've been able to replicate this on v15 and will make sure it's fixed in the next Forms version 💪🏻 For now, the 'workaround' is to click the whitespace around the item...

This issue was caused by some changes within UI Library that prevents bubbling the click event when an item is selected, so we've updated dialogs to not be selectable anymore and use the open event instead (see umbraco/Umbraco.UI#971).
