Missing asterisk (*) for required Event field in Webhook #21025

Bug summary
When creating a Webhook, the Event selection field does not display an asterisk (*) to indicate that it is required. This may cause users to assume the field is optional, leading to failed form submissions.
Specifics
Steps to reproduce
- Go to the Settings section and create a new Webhook
- Only the URL field has a required mark.
