Bug summary

The public search of a website looks at the external index. It can find pages that are under unpublished pages, therefor the url to these pages is "#".

Parent is unpublished

Child untouched (so shows up as published but has no url)

Child still in index

I think its in line with #20468

Specifics

Steps to reproduce

• Create a node
• Add children to that node
• Publish all nodes
• Unpublish the parent (the top node)
• Search the external index for the child nodes that should not be in there.

Expected result / actual result

The children of an unpublished node should not be in the external index.
