Add Dynamic Root Query Steps for siblings #20988

Currently we can go up and down the tree, when selection a dynamic root for a content picker.

I'm missing an option to go left and right. Eg.

first sibling or self
last sibling or self
first sibling before this
last sibling before this
first sibling after this
last sibling after this
