Cusror position issue

when trying to change the font of the md editor, style conflicts occurs and messes up the cursor position

this issue has reproduced (#601 ).

I found the solution. You need to wrap your MDEditor in this class.

    font-family: "Helvetica Neue", Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif !important;
    width: 80%;

When changing the font size, also adjust the line height, which was the fix for me.
