Doesn't work on kernel 6.13 #2

Hi,
I'm not entirely sure why this tool doesn't work on kernel 6.13, but it seems to be related to the removal of the eeprom module in kernel 6.7.
To get it working, I had to downgrade to kernel 6.6. It might be helpful to mention this in the README for others who might face the same issue.
The error I encountered was: i2cget error (1), read failed.
