Cocoapods

I'd be cool to also add Cocoapods support. I done this implementation myself last month for my library. Just follow this post and this checklist.

I plan to get to this for our next release with compatibility for Swift 3.0. CocoaPods is currently unstable and needs time to work out their bugs. I will draw up a podspec and commit it to swift-develop then.
