feat: add support for Next.js 15.4.7

- Update peer dependency range to support Next.js versions up to 15.4.7
- Add new integration test app for Next.js 15.4.7
- Update dev server script to use 15.4.7 test app
- Make status field optional in APP_PAGE cache handler type. We don't use that status anywhere.
