feat: introduce ocp tshirts and cluster destroy automation

Description

• introduce t shirts to OpenShift variation, similar to quickstart
• t shirts can be overwritten with custom configuration by setting the value to custom
• introduce cluster destroy automation, set destroy_cluster to true and apply once to destroy the active cluster resources, then do a terraform destroy
