Remove deprecated field

As of version 1.82.0 of the IBM Provider the profile_id field of the trusted profile is no longer available and iam_id should be used instead. See here for log output containing the warning.

the iam_id field is present in version 1.79.1 (current lowest version) so no changes will be needed to bump to a newer version, test using moved block to avoid any breaking change if at all possible.

@MatthewLemmond There is already an issue open for this in the TP module -> terraform-ibm-modules/terraform-ibm-trusted-profile#212

Once fixed, renovate should automatically handle the roll out to AppConfig, however Il keep this issue open until that is done
