fix: renovate failures and diagram changes

fixes: #257
This PR addresses the below changes -

a) Failure seen in renovate PR

Package	Change	Age	Confidence
github.com/terraform-ibm-modules/ibmcloud-terratest-wrapper	v1.60.27 -> v1.60.31

b) Changes w.r.t diagram updates this includes -

• Added the missing Activity Tracker Event Routing in therag-stack-without-application.
• Fixed typo in the existing rag-pattern diagram.
• Updated rag-stack.svg to use SCC workload protection and use latest icons.
• Existing diagram was a image, now changed to a .svg and can be edited in the respective tool.

c) Changed the index of variation to now include quickstart variation as 1st variation.
This is done to accommodate Quick start variation as the first variation. For details, please refer this comment.

Secrets Manager failure was seen

This failure is unrelated to the changes in the PR and when checked the logs, secrets manager failed due to provider installation failure which is later seen as passed as well :
