Incompatible with the latest Google Terraform provider 7+

TL;DR

Some components like modules/ops-agent-policy/versions.tf restrict the Google Terraform provider to < 7.

Expected behavior

Compatible with Google Terraform provider 7+.

Observed behavior

Could not retrieve the list of available versions for provider hashicorp/google: no available releases match the given constraints >= 3.53.0, < 7.0.0, >= 7.3.0, ~> 7.3.0

I've cloned the module into my terraform repositories and changed the provider version and have not had any changes to my state (the migration guide would suggest that). For what it's worth, it might be worth just copying it for now.
