Ignore submodules

This GH actions tries to release as well submodules within a module referenced by local path.
Would be nice if we can just skip them, they intention are not always as to be reusable modules but just for organize complex moduls internally.

Hi @segator - Can you provide a sample directory tree if possible to help me better understand? I'm curious if any of the filtering options would work for your use case?

for complex modules we create submodules just for organitzation

Hi @segator - Thanks for the clarity. I can see how nested submodules are just for reusable inner components for main modules. I'm working next on a solution for this and #194 which is related. Hope to have something for you to test soon.
