Compatibility with Rails API-mode

Hi @tansengming, great library, thank you for creating it! I'm curious how can it be used in Rails with API-mode since asset pipeline, etc doesn't really exist?

I wonder if this is also related to #175..

This should be able to work with an API only app without any changes. There have been at least 2 fixes for it #58 , #151

Having said that I haven't checked it myself but maybe @gaffneyc has some experience running it on api only mode?

Sorry, I haven't used stripe-rails on an API only app so I can't speak to if it would work or not.
