PHP 8.1 support

Would it be feasible to enable 8.1 support by adding 6.4 || 7.2 to symfony/type-info?

As far as I can see it should be the only dependency currently preventing this?

I guess what @tony-stark-eth means is that even if we lowered the minimum required PHP version for symfony/ai-platform, you would still not be able to use it with PHP 8.1 as symfony/type-info is installed with 7.2+ which in turn requires PHP 8.2+.

The parsing of DTOs and tools is sitting on top of a feature that was only integrated and fixed with that specific version - i think it was about an array of objects or property promotion, see php-llm/llm-chain#212

So, no, it's not possible without losing features or going an extra mile with a compat layer - if you're up for that, I'm happy to review 👍

On top, please be aware that PHP 8.1 is not actively supported version anymore, and will even be out of security patches in about 5 months: https://www.php.net/supported-versions
