libswiftnav-python: benchmark python bindings

There's definitely some object copying/conversion overhead, particularly when calling things like the PVT solver in SITL. We likely want to have some very committed, basic benchmarks for improving SITL's feedback cycle, and possibly including a more compatible interface with Pandas.
