Implement theming

Currently we have some templates that force users on a cdn with bootstrap. Maybe we should create a separate package for the "theme" and leave just the bare minimum required for the package to work?

Accepting ideas on how to improve this.

I don't see it. Perhaps implementing ways to override the templates?
