Improve startup logging to prevent silent hangs

- Log active network (mainnet/testnet/signet/regtest) at startup
- Promote IBD wait log from trace to info level with network context
- Add helpful IPC connection messages with troubleshooting hints
- Log listening address and IBD wait warning for non-signet networks

Addresses issue #48 by making critical wait states visible without
requiring -loglevel=sv2:trace flag.
