[RFC]: Add mode for only browsing CLI packages in docs

Description

This RFC proposes to add a documentation mode to the website documentation that would allow one to only browse packages with integrated CLIs. In this mode, the sidebar navigation should only show the respective packages with their aliases as specified in their bin fields.
