remove: remove moveProperty from namespace

This commit removes the `moveProperty` symbol from the `@stdlib/utils`
namespace due to a package migration.

BREAKING CHANGE: remove `moveProperty`

To migrate, users should access the same symbol via the
`@stdlib/object` namespace.
