Upgrade to Vaadin 25.0.0-beta7 for spring boot 4.0

Hi team,

We are going to release Vaadin 25.0.0 soon with spring boot 4.0 support.

• 25.0.0-rc1 is scheduled on 10rd Dec

besides adding the entry to the application.yml, we also need a few updates with the profiles settings

for vaadin 25

• add dependency com.vaadin:vaadin-dev with <optional>true</optional>
• remove the production profile
