Upload-dir location

Hi there!
The "upload-dir" location is created under the root of the project (at the same level as "target", where output files of the project are created), not under the resources dir of the application.
Should the upload files be served from the resource/upload-dir folder?
This way happens an issue when a file is retrieved from the form.
