NTRIP Client fails to restart if settings change

To recreate:
 
* Input NTRIP credentials with the incorrect username or password via serial menu
* NTRIP Caster will respond "HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized" and NTRIP Client will shut down
* Correctly enter NTRIP credentials
* NTRIP Client should start but does not

I've got a fix in nsUpdates.
