Support RTL Languages

Hi, with RTL languages the slider slide on the opposite direction, if you want to try it:

.environment(\.layoutDirection, .rightToLeft)

@Ankooo12 Nope, I used UISlider instead.
Also I found that sliders should be always LTR.
