Moxygen NPM package is not the same as this repo

Hi everyone, I struggled for a few hours now with the pr #46, because the src/utils.js file is not the same in the distributed npm package as in the master branch on github. Therefore the fix from #46 is not provided yet. I would appreciate it a lot, if the distribution could be updated, so that future CPP programmers don't run into the same error again...
