Particle drawing

This header is divided into two segments one about setting up particle position and moving them and another about setting particle with changing color. In The Particle Fire Simulation Revision graphic library used to draw particles and access pixels was Simple DirectMedia Layer but the concepts itself should be able to adapt to different graphic libraries such as OpenGL, SFML and etc. Please hit me up with a message if you have been able to transition any of these concepts to other libraries. I will also update this wiki if I have able to do so.
