Combine `data-simple-event="event_name"` into `latest.js`

The script also contains a 404 check, which is useful too.

I want to embed this inline events functionality into our latest script. It should be enabled by default. Because Simple Analytics users need to add data-simple-event="event_name" to their HTML for it to work anyway.

At some point, we want to include auto events too. That should be behind a feature flag because it generated more events automatically.

I would start with an easier issue. It's definitely not a copy paste :)
