Automatically add shadow deps to `composer.json`

I absolutely love this tool, thank you 🎉 

I've had a few projects now where I have to add 30-50 shadow deps to `composer.json`. It would be awesome if I could just run:

```
vendor/bin/composer-dependency-analyser --fix
```

and it would fix the issues that it was able to fix
