hey Jeremy! qq, we think RDS is a good starting point for the throttling idea but how would you feel about using a third party vendor to demo this? something like Stripe is probably more common for our audience with Architect for this pattern.

I think that's fine. It could be a separate pattern, but as long as the general concept is covered, it should be good.
