Updated workflows with Bases

In this release, I updated the workflows and removed plugins that are no longer needed.
Specifically, I did the following things

• Replaced dataview queries with Obsidian bases queries
• Removed unused plugins to use minimal amount of plugins necessary
• Updated Readmes and guides and included new resources

Plugins are updated and the literature template is revised.
But instead of using the release version, it's better if you use the version from the repository directly because this is the one that is always up to date. Releases might take us longer to make. Checkout the README to see how to download the repository version.
