Add guidelines on how to write test docstrings

How we write test docstrings are currently not aligned in sprout. E.g., "Test that ....", "Should return ...", "Reads correctly when", "When this ... then .."

This could be a nice chance to write a guideline on how we want to write them and then implement it in sprout.
