Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open any dir containing .qrc file
2. Plugin outputs some errors but they are not readable

Expected Behavior
The output should contain readable text

system (UI) language is ru_RU

codepage cp1251 for legacy console (conhost.exe)
codepage 65001 for new console
