Can CodeT5 support to improve our unit tests

Our salesforce project could use better unit tests (for happy and non-happy-path). 

I wonder if CodeT5 could 
 - create boilerplate code for us based on actual records in our production org,
 - could identify bad Unit Tests and suggest improvements
