Make it very clear somewhere (on loading the app, in the crash message, in support) that CoCalc does not support any browser that was release more than a year ago (say)

We should be clearer again about our browser support policy. It could be something like:

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Safari

and they must be at most a year old (?).
