An example of the expected input would help me understand why this isn't working for me..

I am trying to decode a crashing esp32-c3. I have the exception info from the output monitor. I paste it into the browser popped by the batch file. It produces a zero-length output, offers no complaints, prints "Finished" and exits.

I assume this is my fault, an error in what I pasted in.

However, without an example of the expected input I can not correct my (assumed) error.

Unfortunately the C series mcus use a different processor architecture to other ESPs so produce an incompatible stack trace. Could try running the sketch on a base or S series ESP and decoding the stack trace if it occurs

That does point out how an example-input would be useful.

Also, silently choking on valid-but-unexpected input is a pretty bad feature...

For this particular problem, switching mcu's does not help. Code runs fine on older mcu's, like D0WD-Wroom's. The issue is is only expressing itself on C3's.
