Merge #392: Import minireq as bitreq

b0ac9d5 Import minireq as bitreq (Tobin C. Harding)

Pull request description:

  A while back I forked `minreq` and re-named it to `minireq`. I emailed the original author and got his blessing. Since then the name has been taken on crates.io

  Import the crate here and rename it to `bitreq`. We grabbed the name already on crates.io
