turn-on-rdebug-track-mode points to wrong line

Hope this is the right place to ask this question but turn-on-rdebug-track-mode opens a pain where I can see the ruby code that I'm executing (which is a huge help) but the pointer is always on the line below where the execution is happening. Any idea where I can start looking to fix this bug?
