Optimize page load size

The images included in the page are quite large file sizes. Hugo has preprocessing capabilities to convert the images into thumbnails to reduce the page load size. Ideally the tiny thumbnails would load the full resolution picture when clicked on, but never load the full res picture unless clicked.
