Add commonLabels to k8s resources. #1904

Is your feature request related to a problem?
Yes, it is not possible to add labels to deployment generated by the Helm Chart.
Describe the solution you'd like
Add the possibility to have commomLabels that adds the labels to all k8s resources
Describe alternatives you've considered
Be able to set labels to each k8s resource, but this is far from ideal.
Additional context
I'd suggest adding it in the following path /spec/values/commonLabels
