The vscode extension runs a websocket server to which your browser connects. Although it runs in localhost, Firefox for whatever reason won't connect to it without Maybe we should add such explanation to the description in Firefox Addons page. Regarding old version of the vscode extension you use, try installing the newest version and completely closing vscode so that the old websocket server is killed. |

Hi Robert, thank you for your nice answer. I know you've put a lot of work into this, its quite a job. But as long as the FF addon demands access for all data i won't use it. I just need the copy code function in vs code, the automatic insertion is a nice extra, but it takes little time to do myself. Perhaps you could make one separate addon in FF for Gemini only, because that's what many people use anyways. |

Hi i like your addon a lot, but i don't trust you with all of my browser data, and i believe that's one reason why only 54 people installed it on firefox. I also use the 1.0.180 version in vs code (windows) because all new versions don't work
