Error $db->insert() in SQLite

There is an error when inserting information with the ORM in SQLite, in MySQL everything works fine, I attach the error output:

SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1 near "SET": syntax error in vendor/riverside/php-orm/src/DB.php on line 358
