maintenance announcements

I would like to inform the users about upcoming maintenance and that this will cause the loss of all data before the maintenance. So we could deploy even on workdays in the evening and not only on the weekend. And we could also use it to bring attention to the changelog and new features.

I like it when a deployment is simple and not a hassle. Any manual step is a hassle and a risk.
I'm allergic to that.
Not being able to deploy at a certain time is also a hassle to me.
Evening is relative - to some it's morning.
I would prefer if we did not restrain ourselves for when to deploy.
And I would prefer if we automated every step necessary to deploy.
