CacheConfig doesn't has metadata field #151
Description
The CacheConfig of the react-relay-network-modern doesn't matches with the relay-offline today, the library has its own type defined but at the runtime level the req.cacheConfig gonna be relay-runtime#CacheConfig. Should we import and reuse the CacheConfig of relay-runtime?
