Allow package extension with --follow-symlinks arg

or simply just run npm run package if it exists?

Usage

I use npm link to link in external dependencies into my extension
npm uses symlinks to do the actual linking

thus this is my package command vsce package --follow-symlinks

atm I've just added followSymlinks: true,

in the near future I have a plan to allow more easily parametrize packaging because I am also missing myself to use some more options. If you would be interested to bring this into our codebase feel free to open PR 🙂 otherwise I will try to deliver myself.

otherwise I can't test anything
