Bug description

How can I clear Settings cache?

Im on a multi tenant - multi db... and a setting is retrieving me false
I run optimize:clear / cache:clear
but still in false

when I disabled the cache from settings.php config file it returns true

my cache driver is redis

I have fixed with this

Config::set('settings.cache_key_prefix', 'settings_tenant_'. $tenant->id.''); // this line was in my code
Settings::useCacheKeyPrefix('settings_tenant'. $tenant->id.'_'); // this line was added
