Create History

Add the following changes in create history

• currently on history created a toast is shown like "history saved" or "history not saved".
  • Show a dialog with a success message and asking for "Add More" or "Exit". if add more is clicked then clear the input
    fields and reset the state for new history creation. if exit is clicked then exit then screen.
  • Show a context aware toast like error toast or warning toast instead or plain toast in case of error.
• on clicking cancel it must warn if there is any unsaved changed.
