update Infinispan to 15.1.17

Infinispan 15.1.17 configuration time quantities has already been upgraded.

Then there's no need to input long numbers.

Wherever a time quantity, such as a timeout or an interval, is specified within a declarative configuration, it is possible to describe it using time units:

ms: milliseconds

s: seconds

m: minutes

h: hours

d: days

Examples: 1000, 1s, 1.5h, 10m.

We could not update up from Infinispan 15.0 for prometheus incompatibility reasons, but we will update to 15.2 before moving to final 16.0 directly since 15.1 is not an LTS
